There is no insurance law that says you have to do anything and everything someone asks for when they call your agency.

You also don’t need to keep the same systems and process you’ve had the last 20 years. The only thing that happens when you do is your clients get a slightly god awful experience.

That’s why it might be in your best interest to not do some stuff anymore.
