Increasing your relevance is the only way you can withstand the insurance agents of the future.

“If it can be done it will be done and if you don’t do it someone else will.” Those are words to live by from today’s guest Daniel Burrus who is a futurist, business adviser, author and public speaker.

Dan’s number one certainty about the future is that it will all be about relationships. Which sounds great for us agents, as that has long been our biggest source of pride when it comes to the value we bring.

However, just because we hold the relationship card now doesn’t mean we’ll continue to do so in the future. The agents or companies that are the most relevant will be able to easily steal it from you.
