At some point you’re going to need to anticipate instead of wait for your agency to matter.

This may or may not be true for your insurance agency, but our industry is way past due paying our time debt. The thought of adding one of the expensive items to the tab is devastating.

Today on the show Joey talks with Nate Waite of Goodville Mutual about the future of personal lines insurance and what driverless cars and State Farm have to say about it.

Our best chance is to not let history repeat itself by refusing to see the limitations of our current environment and refuse to predict what they will need to look like instead.
